Race Secretary's Meet Report

In spite of the many set backs that we encountered prior to the meet, we had a most enjoyable and successful weekend. On Saturday we had 20 very enthusiastic starters. Miss Shelby ran extremely well and took the top honors. Carlby (Coalby's black and white sister) finished in the second spot and got the top set of ARX points. Riley made a great come-back after recent toe surgery. He finished third and was high score BOS in the meet. Fourth place went to one of our Canadian entries, Fraser. He ran very well, but like the rest of the Canadian entries, was feeling the heat. Whiskey's fifth place got him the second set of ARX points. The very lovely Lua was sixth and the very handsome Tigger was seventh. Kendal gave her usual fine showing and took eighth place. Rounding out the top ten was Scoot who took ninth place and Cody who took the tenth spot.

Mary Jean Odron was our conformation judge (our finish line judge too). Her placements were as follows: First place - Demi Tasse. Second place - Troy. Third place - Bryce and fourth place - Miss Shelby. Thank you Mary Jean we enjoyed having you as part of our racing group. (You too Ed).

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to everyone who came out and helped us out on the meet.

Jean Balint
